Head and Neck Cancer Surgery
Dr. Abello treats cancers of the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx, hypopharynx, paranasal sinuses, thyroid, salivary glands, and skin. He performs transoral robotic surgery (TORS), advanced open oncologic resections, and complex neck dissections. With dedicated fellowship training, he is skilled in delivering oncologic surgery aligned with current evidence-based guidelines and cutting-edge clinical trial protocols.
Microvascular Reconstruction
Following tumor removal, Dr. Abello performs microvascular free flap reconstruction to restore form and function of the head and neck. Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery
