Yong Ju Jang, M.D., Ph.D is Chief Professor and former Department Chair at the department of Otolaryngology, Asan Medical Center, University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Korea (South). Dr Jang got multiple awards including JACQUES JOSEPH Medal and from EAFPS and the Efrain Davalos Award from AAFPRS. He is serving as editorial board member of 1) Facial plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine, 2) Facial Plastic Surgery, 3)Auris Nasus Larynx. Dr Jang was the Past president of Korean Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and serving as the current President of Pan-Asian Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He published 2 rhinoplasty textbook and contributed book chapter at more than 8 internationally acclaimed facial plastic surgery textbooks. Dr Jang published over 74 papers on rhinoplasty in peer reviewed international Journals.

Dr. Tuan Pham is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). He completed the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Fellowship in 2000, followed by post-graduate Fellowships in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery, and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery from 2001–2003. He graduated from the University of Western Australia Medical School in 1993 and went on to complete Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery training through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) in 2000. Dr. Pham is the Past President of the International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies (IFFPSS) and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the International Board for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (IBCFPRS). Since 2012, he has been the Fellowship Director of an IFFPSS-approved Fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, training 13 fellows to date. Dr. Pham practices a full scope of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Head and Neck Oncology Surgery, and Aesthetic Surgery, with primary interests in Rhinoplasty, Facial Rejuvenation Surgery, Facelift, Blepharoplasty, Otoplasty, and Skin Cancer Surgery and Reconstruction of the Face and Neck.

Dr. Zenia Chow is an Australian dual fellowship-trained Otolaryngologist (ENT), Head and Neck, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. She has extensive experience in Head and Neck Surgery as well as Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery after completing three Clinical Fellowships.

She completed a Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship recognised by the Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (AAFPS) in Perth under the guidance of Dr. Tuan Pham. Following this, she completed Head and Neck and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowships at the University of Virginia, USA, under the mentorship of Professor Paul Levine and Professor Stephen Park.

In addition, she furthered her skills with world leaders—Professor Wayne Larrabee and Professor Kris Moe—in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, USA. Dr. Chow has also successfully passed the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery exam. She was awarded the second-highest score among all international candidates and, upon completion of the examination, was recognised as a fully qualified, internationally board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon.

Associate Professor Catherine Meller is an otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon, and facial nerve specialist based in Sydney, Australia. She holds dual fellowships in otolaryngology head and neck surgery and an International Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from the University of Virginia, USA. Her sub specialty expertise and passion is the management of facial nerve disorders and complex facial reconstruction. Associate Professor Meller leads multidisciplinary care for patients with facial paralysis, combining surgical innovation with advanced rehabilitation techniques to optimise function and aesthetics. She has a academic and clinical appointment with Macquarie University Health, and Prince of Wales Hospital where she contributes to medical education, is a supervisor of surgical training, and leads research in facial nerve disorders. She is an active member of national and international surgical societies, and regular presents her work at global conferences, particularly in evidence-based practise in Otolaryngology. “Professor Alkis Psaltis MD, PhD is the Immediate Past President of the Australian and New Zealand Rhinological Society. He is the Head of Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide, Australia and a Professor at the University of Adelaide in South Australia.

He has authored over 260 peer-reviewed journal articles and 24 book chapters and has delivered over 600 international and national presentations and is on the Stanford University list of “”World’s Top 2%”” scientists based on his research and publications. In 2024 he was awarded the prestigious Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Medal for distinguished service to ENT surgery and research in Australia.

He co-heads an active research department at the Basil Hetzel Institute researching causes and treatments for sinusitis and skull base tumours, and has supervised over 27 PhD students and 5 masters student to completion. “

Dr Stephen Rodrigues MBBS, FRACS, is a Consultant Otologist and Skull Base Surgeon based at Hollywood Medical Centre, with public hospital appointments at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Perth Children’s Hospital in Western Australia. Professor Shyan Vijayasekaran grew up in Perth and graduated with distinction in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Western Australia. He trained in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in London and Perth, and completed a prestigious Paediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship with Professor Robin Cotton at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, USA — one of few international graduates of the program. In 2005 he received the Charles Ferguson Prize from the American Society of Paediatric Otolaryngology. His PhD focused on complex airway and swallowing disorders in children.
Based at Perth Children’s Hospital and several other institutions, he is affiliated with the University of Western Australia, Curtin University and Kasturba Medical College. His clinical and research interests include sleep and airway disorders, voice and swallowing problems, hearing loss, chronic otitis media and language delay.

He has authored over 140 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters, and is a regular speaker at national and international meetings. Each year he volunteers for a month in hospitals across low- and middle-income countries. Outside medicine, he enjoys travel, reading, the outdoors, yoga and meditation, and is the father of four teenage and young adult children.

Dr. Sung Huhn Kim, M.D., Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Yonsei University College of Medicine and Director of the Division of Planning and Management at Severance Hospital. Dr. Kim completed his medical degree, master’s, and doctoral training at Yonsei University, followed by postdoctoral research at Kansas State University and clinical training at Severance Hospital. He has served as Associate Editor for Clinical and Experimental Otorhinolaryngology and the Journal of the Association for Research in Otolaryngology, and currently sits on leadership committees for the Korean Society of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the Korean Otological Society. He is an active member of the Bárány Society, the Society for Neuroscience, and the Association for Research in Otolaryngology.

Prof. Ming-Ying Lan earned both her M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. She is currently a Professor in the Rhinology Division, Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, and also serves as a Professor at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. Prof. Lan is the former President of the Taiwan Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She currently serves as Director of the Taiwan Rhinology Society, Executive Director of the Taiwan Skull Base Society, and Executive Director of the Taiwan Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Her clinical expertise includes endoscopic sinus surgery, endoscopic skull base surgery, and functional rhinoplasty. Her research interests encompass nasopharyngeal cancer, sinonasal cancer, biosensors, and biomaterials. Prof. Lan has published extensively in both clinical and translational research and has been invited to speak at numerous international conferences. She has served as Course Director for numerous sinus and skull base dissection courses as well as rhinoplasty courses in Taiwan, and has been invited to serve as guest faculty for international sinus and skull base dissection courses.

Yoon Se Lee, MD, PhD

Dr. Yoon Se Lee is a professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at Asan Medical Center, University of Ulsan College of Medicine. His clinical and research activities focus on thyroid cancer, head and neck cancer, immunotherapy, pediatric airway stenosis, and facial palsy. He has undertaken international training as a visiting scholar at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School (2014), and at the University of California, San Francisco (2018). Currently, Dr. Lee is actively engaged in the development of a flexible robotic system for transoral surgery in collaboration with the Biomedical Engineering Research Center at Asan Medical Center, as well as in exosome-based macrophage conversion for immunotherapy in partnership with the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).

Dr. Lee graduated from the University of Ulsan College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency, fellowship, and PhD in otolaryngology. Following his fellowship training in head and neck surgery, he joined Pusan National University Hospital and Pusan National University Yangsan Hospital, where he advanced clinical programs in thyroid and head and neck cancer surgery, laryngeal framework surgery, and initiated basic research on mesenchymal stem cells and metastasis models of thyroid cancer.

Upon returning to Asan Medical Center, Dr. Lee expanded his clinical expertise to include pediatric airway reconstruction and facial reanimation surgery, while also initiating translational studies in immuno-oncology, including the development of doxorubicin prodrugs and humanized models for immunotherapy. Dr. Lee currently serves as General Secretary of the Korean Society of Laryngology, Logopedics, and Phoniatrics (2025–), Director of the Scientific Committee of the Korean Society for Head and Neck Oncology (2025–), and Director of the Scientific Committee of the Korean Dysphagia Society (2024–). He is also a member of Collegium Oto-Rhino-Laryngologicum Amicitiae Sacrum (CORLAS) and the Sir Charles Bell Society.

Dr. Young Min Park, M.D., Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Yonsei University College of Medicine. His clinical and research work focuses on head and neck oncology, robotic head and neck surgery, and tumor biology with an emphasis on spatial transcriptomics and single-cell genomics.

Dr. Park has held faculty positions across multiple leading Korean academic centers and currently practices at Gangnam Severance Hospital. He has led or contributed to pivotal studies in precision oncology, including work published in Nature Communications, Nature Genetics, Journal of Experimental Medicine, and Cancer Research. His research integrates advanced spatial and single-cell technologies with translational models to improve understanding of tumor evolution, microarchitecture, and treatment response in head and neck cancer.

He is an active member of multiple national otolaryngology societies and collaborates internationally on genomics-driven approaches to cancer diagnosis and therapy.

Dr. Myung-Whan (Matthew) Suh, MD, PhD, is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Seoul National University Hospital, holding dual appointments in General and Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology. He earned his MD, MS in Otorhinolaryngology, and PhD in Neuroscience from Seoul National University College of Medicine. In 2019, Dr. Suh joined Dr. Fan-Gang Zeng’s lab at the University of California, Irvine, as a Visiting Associate Researcher, fostering collaboration in electric neural stimulation research.

Dr. Suh’s clinical expertise encompasses advanced ear surgery, vestibular science, and the management of congenital aural atresia. His specialized interests include inner ear therapeutics, medical devices, and digital therapeutics. He is widely recognized for his contributions to both vestibular and pediatric auditory rehabilitation and continues to bridge translational research with high-impact clinical care.

He has 78 articles published in International Peer-review Journals and two books, Allergic Diseases and Endoscopy. He serves as an Editor of Current Opinion in Allergy & Clinical Immunology (Issue: Precision Medicine in Rhinology & Allergy) and Frontiers in Allergy – Rhinology Section. He is also engaged as an Editorial Board Member of Asia Pacific Allergy, the official journal of the Asia Pacific Association of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology (APAAACI), and serves as a Reviewer for International Peer-review Journals including Allergy, Rhinology, American Journal of Rhinology & Allergy, International Forum of Allergy & Rhinology, Laryngoscope, Clinical Translational Allergy & Immunology, Asian Pacific Journal of Allergy & Clinical Immunology, and Frontiers in Allergy.

Hansen Bow, MD, was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley, where he majored in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. He then received Masters and PhD degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he also majored in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. His research at MIT involved the manufacturing and testing of microchips that analyzed biological material. He subsequently received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he won the Harold Strong Denison Research Scholar Award and the Harvey Cushing Medical Student Research Award for research involving drug delivery and brain cancer. He completed a residency in neurosurgery with an enfolded spine fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been an Attending Neurosurgeon at University of California, Irvine, for the past five years, with a sub-specialization in spine surgeon. His research interests are focused on improving neurosurgical operations. Using his engineering background, he has developed 3D-printed anatomical models for surgical planning and patient education. He is the author of multiple published articles on simulators for surgical education.

Richard Davis, MD, FACS directs The Center for Facial Restoration in Pembroke Pines, Florida where he specializes exclusively in primary and complex revision rhinoplasty. Rod Rohrich, MD

Dr. Rod J. Rohrich is a world-renowned plastic surgeon based at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute and Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He has served as President of ASPS, The Rhinoplasty Society, and multiple national organizations. He was Editor-in-Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and PRS Global Open and author of over 1000 peer reviewed publications. While he was Chair at UT Southwestern, he transformed its program into one of the nation’s top training and research departments. Among his philanthropic contributions, he founded the Rod J. Dr. Hossam Foda is a Professor and the Founder of Facial Plastic Surgery Division at Otolaryngology Department, University of Alexandria, Egypt.

Dr. Foda’s practice have been focused exclusively on rhinoplasty for over 30 years during which he has made valuable contributions to the literature of Rhinoplasty by publishing numerous scientific articles and book chapters mostly on nasal tip modifying techniques, management of nasal deviations, and correction of cosmetic and functional problems resulting from failed previous rhinoplasties. Dr. Foda was elected as the 1st President of the African Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and serves on the board of directors of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe as well as on the Rhinoplasty Focus Group of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Foda is also an Honorary member of the Russian Society of Plastic Surgery, Society of Rhinoplasty Surgeons of South Africa, Facialis Academy of Colombia, and the Rhinoplasty Society of India.

Dr Robotti has been Chief of the Department of Plastic Surgery of the “Papa Giovanni XXIII” Hospital in Bergamo, Italy from 1997 to 2017. Currently working In private practice, he has exclusively focused on rhinoseptoplasty, with a specific interest in revision cases, prevalently with rib grafting. Dr Robotti has authored over 700 presentations and papers, and has been chairman, moderator, panelist or invited speaker at a large number of national and international meetings. He has ideated and refined several original techniques in primary and secondary rhinoplasty which have been published in several journals. He has alco authored an extensive DVD series and devised several instruments for rhinoplasty. Over the last 15 years he has organized and chaired the “Bergamo Open Rhinoplasty Course” one of the world’s most renown rhinoplasty meetings. Dr Robotti is regularly invited for lectures, webinars and live surgery in the major rhinoplasty symposia worldwide. Dr Robotti was President of the Italian Society of Plastic Surgery in 2012-2013. He is Associate Professor in Plastic Surgery at the University of Rome and Milano, and is an ISAPS International Visiting Professor. She serves as Chief of the Otolaryngology Service at Centro Médico Imbanaco, one of Latin America’s premier academic medical centers.
